Lisa Marie Presley was an American singer and songwriter, born on February 1, 1968, in Memphis, Tennessee.
She was the daughter of singer and actor Elvis Presley and actress Priscilla Presley, and the sole heir to her father’s estate after her grandfather and great-grandmother died.
Lisa’s musical career consisted of three studio albums. She was married four times and had four children, including actress Riley Keough.
She inherited her father’s fortune when she turned 30 in 1998. She was alternately candid and guarded in interviews about her father, Elvis, and her own music career.
In a 2012 interview, Lisa described her father’s legacy as “a blessing and a curse”.
She was also a humanitarian and philanthropist who focused her efforts on Memphis, where she improved homelessness, literacy and raised funds for local charities.
Lisa passed away on January 12, 2023, at the age of 54.
She was known for her struggles with addiction and personal hardships, including the loss of her father at a young age and the death of her son.
Despite these difficulties, Lisa Marie Presley was described as a woman of strength and pragmatism who attempted an epic voyage of self-healing throughout her life.

Small bowel obstruction is a blockage in the small intestine that prevents food and liquid from passing through.

- Vomiting of dark green bile (bilious vomiting)
- Crampy abdominal pain that comes and goes
- Loss of appetite
- Constipation
- Inability to have a bowel movement or pass gas
- Swelling of the abdomen
- Nausea or vomiting
- A hard, swollen belly
