Hassan Mugambi cheating allegations
Mugambi was recently accused of being a deadbeat father and cheating on his baby mama while they were dating.
According to a story of Edgar Obare’s Telegram channel, the journalist reportedly impregnated Wanjiru and refused to take responsibility.
He reportedly demanded for DNA and although it showed that the child was his, he refused to be responsible.
However, these claims were countered by Wanjiru who dismissed them as lies. She also denied claims that Mugambi cheated on her with her friend.
“Hello Edgar, do you mind taking down my daughter’s photo from Telegram? And I’m very curious of the friend who sent you the story about all these,” she said in part.
Hassan Mugambi’s baby mama
According to findings done by The Scoop, Mugambi’s baby mama is Hilda Wanjiru Mwangi.
On her Instagram bio, she describes herself as a proud mother, engineer and journalist who is trying to better lives of girls and women.
Further findings also showed that Wanjiru worked at Royal Media Services (RMS), although not much is known about the same, and left in 2019
“Last day at Citizen TV but definitely left with a huge smile,” the mother of one captioned on a post dated August 30, 2019.
In August 2021, Mugambi shared a photo enjoying bonding time with their daughter, Fatma. The young girl was in school uniform and was just playing with papa.
“She wants to invert my smile,” Mugambi wrote.
