Caleb Willingham was a reality TV personality who appeared on the TLC show 1000-Lb. Sisters as the husband of star Tammy Slaton.

Caleb and Tammy were first introduced during a 14-month rehab stay, where Tammy was there in an effort to lose weight for bariatric surgery and Caleb was at the facility for obesity treatment.

Tammy raved about married life with Caleb after their surprise wedding. However, at the time of his death, Caleb was estranged from his wife.
