Citizen TV has announced a new show to replace the popular series Sultana, which ended on July 27 and 28, 2023.
The new show is called Becky, and it will be produced by Jiffy Pictures which is owned by Lulu Hassan and Rashid Abdalla.
The premiere date for Becky was July 31, 2023.
It is worth noting that Citizen TV has not released much information about Becky yet.
However, fans of the channel can expect a new and exciting show to fill the gap left by the end of Sultana.

The show revolves around a young girl named Becky, who is in her early twenties and works as a domestic helper for a wealthy family to support herself.
In the family she works for, there is a young man, and they ended up falling in love.
However, the young man’s mother didn’t approve of their relationship, so he ended up marrying someone else, leaving Becky heartbroken on their wedding day.
Becky also had a boyfriend from a less privileged background, and we will learn more about their story soon.

Citizen TV
Citizen TV is a Kenyan free-to-air news and entertainment television channel owned by Royal Media Services.
It broadcasts mostly in English and Swahili and was started in 1999 and relaunched in June 2006.
The TV station broadcasts in Kenya, Burundi, Rwanda, the United States, Zambia, and worldwide through media streaming, Facebook, Viusasa, Twitter and YouTube.
