Moyo Lawal is a Nigerian actress born in Badagry, Lagos State, Nigeria.
She won the award “Revelation of the year” at Best of Nollywood Awards in 2012.
She obtained her BSc degree in Creative Arts from the University of Lagos.
Lawal began acting in small play productions when she had been convinced to venture into acting by a friend of hers whilst in school.
She took part in the Next Movie Star Nigerian TV reality show but was unsuccessful in it.
Lawal debuted her first movie role in the film “Shallow Waters”.
She is also known for her role as Chinny in the M-Net soap opera, Tinsel.

The sultry actress has however come out to apologise to those that feel offended about the photos.
Although she had earlier on issued a statement about the photos that went viral and according to her, the photos were actually an illusion.
She claimed that she wasn’t completely n*aked but was having a one-piece swimsuit on, which people refused to see or better still, could not see.
Lawal had earlier modeled for a beauty line owned by her colleague in the movie industry. And a lot of Nigerians reacted to the nude photos with negative reviews.
