Mickey Joseph is a former American football player and current coach.
He was born on December 31, 1969, in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Joseph played college football at Nebraska as a wide receiver from 1987 to 1990.
During his time at Nebraska, he was part of the team that won the 1990 National Championship.
After his college career, Joseph played professionally in the Canadian Football League (CFL) for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and the Saskatchewan Roughriders.
He also played briefly in the Arena Football League (AFL) for the New Orleans Night.
Following his playing career, Joseph transitioned to coaching.
He has held coaching positions at several universities, including Louisiana Tech, Grambling State, Alcorn State and Southern University.
In 2017, he joined the coaching staff at the University of Nebraska as the wide receivers coach.
