Jack Wighton is an Australian professional rugby league footballer who currently plays for the Canberra Raiders in the National Rugby League (NRL).
He was born on February 4, 1993, in Orange, New South Wales, Australia.
Wighton began his rugby league career playing for the Orange CYMS before being signed by the Canberra Raiders in 2012.
He made his NRL debut for the Raiders in 2012 and has since become a key player for the team.
He primarily plays as a fullback or five-eighth, but can also play in the centres or on the wing.
Throughout his career, Wighton has earned numerous accolades and awards.
In 2019, he was named the Dally M Medalist, which is awarded to the NRL’s best and fairest player of the season.

He made his debut for the New South Wales Blues in 2018 and has since become a regular member of the team.
He was a key player in the Blues’ series win in 2019, which was their first in four years.
Off the field, Wighton has been involved in various community initiatives and charities.
He has worked with the Ricky Stuart Foundation, which supports families affected by autism, and has also been involved in the NRL’s Indigenous Round, which celebrates and promotes Indigenous culture and heritage.
