Rashmi Varma is an Indian politician from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
She has represented Narkatiaganj in the Bihar Legislative Assembly since 2014.
Varma won the 2014 by-elections from Narkatiaganj of Bihar and was the former Mayor of Narkatiagan.
In 2020, she won the elections from Narkatiaganj by defeating Vinay Verma contesting from the Indian National Congress (INC).
Recently, Varma has been in the news due to the circulation of her “objectionable” photos on social media.
She has stated that the photographs were edited and then circulated, and she plans to file a defamation case.
Varma has also taken a stand against cybercrime and defended herself against the manipulated photos shared on social media.
Additionally, Varma has faced threats and controversy in the past.
She was threatened not to contest the elections through a letter outside her house, and it was pointed out that her children would not be safe if she contested the election.
After being elected, she was threatened via a phone call to be killed if she did not pay a ransom of INR.

Rashmi Varma leaked private video
Verma’s private videos and photos have gone viral on social media platforms such as Twitter and Reddit, leaving her in a state of shock and disbelief.
Verma has alleged that the videos and photos were edited and made to look like her, and were circulated to an old friend and colleague of her.
She further alleged that the videos were deliberately edited to make them go viral.
Verma has said that she is in Patna and will file a complaint against unidentified persons at the cyber police station.
She added that she is discussing the matter with her lawyers.
“I’m discussing this with my lawyers. I am currently in Patna and I’m going to lodge a complaint against unknown persons with the cyber police station,” Verma added.
